There is also a class from 3-4pm, you can register for just one or both (separate fee.)Step into a space of deep restoration and resonance with The Resonant Hour, a 45-minute journey of sound healing and Reiki energywork—now offered in the beautiful studio at Oasis at The Mill. This warm, welcoming environment features a breathtaking 12-foot Himalayan salt wall, enhancing your experience with the natural therapeutic benefits of halotherapy. Nestled in the heart of Winston-Salem, Oasis blends self-care, community, and comfort, offering the perfect setting to relax, recharge, and reconnect.
What to Expect:
We begin with a brief guided meditation, inviting you to settle into stillness as the first soft vibrations rise into the room. As the meditation gently fades, a live sound bath begins, filling the air with the tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other resonant instruments that shift intuitively from session to session.
As you relax into the soundscape, a practitioner (or team of healers) moves through the space offering hands-on or hands-off Reiki energy to each participant. This personalized combination of sound and Reiki fosters deep physical relaxation, energetic alignment, and emotional ease. The presence of the salt wall adds a subtle but powerful layer of purification, enhancing breath, skin, and overall energetic clarity throughout the session.
Each session is uniquely guided by the energy of the day. Depending on the moment, you may experience additional elements such as breathwork, soft chanting, or vocal toning, all intuitively woven into the healing journey.
We close with gentle grounding practices, allowing time to reawaken the body and mind. You’ll be given a few moments for quiet reflection, with space to share if you feel called.
The Resonant Hour is open to all—no experience with sound healing, Reiki, or meditation is necessary. Come as you are, sip something nourishing from Oasis’s tea or kava bar, and let yourself be held in this space of warmth, resonance, and care.
