Before we start, and just so everyone knows, I write in English to include. Sessions are held in both Norwegian and English depending on the needs of the group. I will sometimes encouraged you to speak in your Mother Tongue.
As many know, the Systemic Family Constellation method developed by Bert Hellinger is a spectacular tool for revealing the deep ancestral trauma laying dormant in family systems, giving us a way to heal epigenetically stored memories so that we may heal and restore the flow of love in the family system.
But did you know, that as long as we work from a point of integrity, that the creative power of this work has almost no limitations? Nature. Pets. Decisions. Astrology. Gene keys. And more.
My background includes Esoteric Astrology, multiple courses, over several years, albeit well over 20 years ago. This work has formed my life, given meaning and laid the foundation for my understanding of the transpersonal.
And we always combined it with constellations.
So let us begin as well. My hope is that these are fun, hopeful and playful constellations. Joyous. As well as thought provoking, and giving you new images that possibly can teach you and help you change your perspectives of how you live and grow. We will only know when we try. I invite you to be a part of this new work.
You do not need to have prior knowledge about your astrological birth chart. The Resonant Field will work with us anyway. An open intention and a desire to learn and see what wants to be seen is all you need.
Because they am important to me, I will focus on Ascendants and Suns, or Moon Nodes. You can see one or the other per evening.
Ascendants and Suns.
Your ascendant is the ruler of your body's energy system. It points to the direction of where, and how, you should use your energy. Your sun differentiates and individualizes this energy. We will set these two up together, the intention being that we see the raw pure joy of your energy and how it makes your sun shine.
Moon Nodes.
Our Moon Nodes are the bridge between our souls past, our many incarnations, and our potential future. They are the alpha and omega of how this work influenced my life. Maybe you will agree?
Your Ascending Moon Node shows you the direction your soul wants to go, what it wants us to be better at, strive to fulfill, live by, transform into, that better version of yourself. The future.
Your Descending Moon Node carries the energy of your cosmic past. The shit that wants to drag you back down, pull you back into past themes, struggles, patterns that do you no good, un-evolved and primitive ways of being. It is part of what prevents you from growing into a better version of yourself.
Should you desire to see planets or moons, or something else, please ask beforehand. I am sure we can work something out.
We will, as always, share cacao and a short inner journey before starting the constellation work. These are not long trauma constellations. Max 20/30 minutes. This is because I want us to play, have fun and be open to what the Resonance Field has to say, and because I want everyone in the group to be able to have a constellation. Should something that reminds your soul of something difficult pop up, let me know, I can set up another workshop with your theme as the headline. Synchronicity and such.

A bit about me-
I love holding groups, and going to groups. Over these years I have seen/felt so many different facilitators and therapists work. This has taught me first hand how important it is that the group leader has worked with their own issues.
I have worked with the trauma held in my body, both personal and transgenerational, for over 25 years. One of the most important things I have learned is how important it is to take the time to make sure everyone is always within the boundaries of what they can process, weaving in nervous system regulation and grounding my clients. It is something I excel at. With me you are safe.
I am a Registered Nurse, a Systemic Family Constellations Facilitator, a Waldorf Pre-School teacher, a Circle of Security Facilitator, an Applied Somatics Practitioner, a gardener, a conscious dancer, a daughter, a mother, and a lover of 3 cats that really needed new homes.
I play crystal bowls, work with raw cacao, love to blow enormous bubbles, adore costumes, have an award winning garden, am making a UV room in my home, believe you can never have too much glitter and own unused Russian Fire Fans.
Just a few days ago I realized that I have become a Medicine Woman.
There is a very long story behind that, some other time.
