This is a 2-Day Event

On Day 1, we will focus on the lower chakra triangle—root, sacral, and navel—empowering you to establish a strong foundation and connect with your creative life force.

Day 2 will elevate your experience as we delve into the higher chakra triangle, exploring the heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras to enhance your intuition, communication, and spiritual awareness.

Each session will create an opportunity to release blockages and invite in vitality and balance. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to the world of Kundalini and mantras, we welcome all seeking to deepen their spiritual journey and enhance their well-being. 🏫 Who:

Giselle Fiumara is a conscious Kundalini yoga Instructor, with 440 hours of training in India and the US; who shares the wisdom of Kundalini with the highest heartfelt consciousness. Giselle is a certified Kundalini international teacher who studied with the yogi and legend Gurmukh; and a certified coach in Breaking Habits and addictive behaviors.

Her mission is to keep sharing Kundalini technology teachings one soul at a time, building community of soul-like humans; creating a sacred container to connect, interact and share profound and transformational life experiences within a conscious soul tribe.

440 hours KYTT Kundalini International Teacher certified by Gurmukh Kalsa Kaur, member of KRI - Kundalini Research Institute and Yoga Alliance. Studied in India and the US.

Emilia Garth

Of Native Hawaiian heritage, Emilia sings in Spanish, Hawaiian, Portuguese, English, Yoruba and Gurmukhi. Her performances often include both entrancing, meditative songs and upbeat chants from Indigenous tribes of the Americas that she has collected and carried through her travels and studies. Her presence is global, singing at international and domestic retreats and festivals that bring people together in harmony and reflection. She also has songs on all major platforms ranging from South American medicine prayers with tribal beats to Buddhist mantras accompanied by delicate notes from her ukulele.
