Partnering with both formerly incarcerated individuals and those who haven't had that experience, this showcase challenges the prevailing notion that associates incarceration and punishment with justice through the expression of & application of human creative skill and imagination. This is meant to be a multifaceted experience that creates spaces for conversation, listening, and interaction to shift the narrative around incarceration as justice. Featuring live performances, collaborative art, and an exhibition of visual pieces reflecting our experiences with juvenile fines and fees
