Join Melissa of Moon Guidance Embodiment for an immersive sound bath meditation designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner balance.
Sound works on both a physical and energetic level, helping to calm the mind, slow brain waves, and invites the body into a parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) state. Through the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls and soothing instruments.

What to expect:
