Guided by a creative arts therapist to help us release stress and anxiety into the flow of watercolors, we can use our postcards to spread powerful messages of hope. Keep your postcards, send them, or leave them somewhere to be discovered!
What's included:
- All-you-can-paint watercolor postcards
- Guidance through multiple resist techniques including tape, wax, and rubber
- Guided mindfullness exercises to release stress and anxiety
- Light refreshments & treats!
