• Cancellations: Full refunds are given up to 48 hours prior to the start of class. No credit or refund will be given for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time.
• Finished Projects: Please allow up to 2 weeks for projects to be completed. You will recieve a text when projects are ready for pick up. We do our best with firing schedules to allow for quick turnaround; however, extra time may be needed. In addition, projects from a given class may not be ready at the same time. Pllease wait for a text; we don't want you to make a needless trip!
