Join us for a fun and inspiring resin art class where you’ll create your very own 12"x12" masterpiece! In this hands-on workshop, we’ll guide you step-by-step in designing a beautiful wall art piece inspired by Michigan’s iconic Mackinac Bridge.Poured on a rustic wood frame, the piece blends natural textures with high-gloss resin to create a striking wall display. Whether you’re a proud Michigander or simply drawn to coastal charm, this artwork is a timeless tribute to twilight skies, open water, and the bridge that connects it all.
In this fun and interactive class, you will:
-Choose from a selection of high quality pigments, glitter, sand, shells, and glass. Add Lake Michigan sand if desired. Bring your Petoskey stones to add to your wall art.
-Learn the basics of working with resin, including mixing, coloring, and creating unique designs.
Receive guidance on how to safely pour and cure resin.
NOTE: Resin art takes 8-12 hrs to cure. Pieces CANNOT be taken home after class, but can be picked up later that week. Please arrange pick up time with our host. Resin may cause skin irritation. Please take additional precautions. Must be 16+ years of age to attend.
