Create a resilient yard to SUSTAIN the Red River by making your own rain barrel. In addition to building your own rain barrel to take home, this workshop includes a short presentation to learn the basics of water quality and the effects of storm water runoff. Come prepared to bring home an empty 55-gallon barrel. Participants need a drill to install the rain barrel at home. Fee includes all other supplies. The barrel style and color (blue or white) varies on inventory.Fee: $34 or $30 for Moorhead residents. Includes supplies. If you have a drill, please bring it to the workshop. Otherwise, we will have a few the class can share.
