The INCubator is proud to host the first session of our Resilience Program: Profit, Pricing, and Financial Forecasting, an in-person session designed to help entrepreneurs better understand where their money is going—and how to plan more confidently for sustainable growth.

This interactive session will bridge real-world business experience with strategic financial insight, focusing on pricing decisions, profit awareness, and financial forecasting. Rather than a lecture-style presentation, the discussion will be collaborative and practical, helping founders evaluate margins, identify blind spots, and think more clearly about financial tradeoffs.

By bringing together complementary expertise, this session aims to move entrepreneurs toward realistic confidence—neither pessimistic nor overly optimistic—by providing tools, clarity, and perspective that can be applied immediately to their business.
