Resilience Hub Workshop & Ava Community Energy's Resilience Hubs Initiative
About this Event
Ava Community Energy (Ava) has partnered with Emerald Cities Collaborative (ECC) and Local Clean Energy Alliance (LCEA) to support the Resilience Hub Initiative. This initiative provides technical assistance (TA) to help community-serving facilities explore resilience-focused solar and battery storage solutions, along with funding opportunities for qualifying resilience hub projects.
At this workshop, we will cover:
- What is a Resilience Hub? Understanding Energy Resilience and Community Needs During Outages.
- Learn about the Ava Resilience Hub Initiative including Technical Assistance (TA) and Solar & Battery Storage Incentive.
- Hear From Community Partners and Resilience Hub Leaders: Glad Tidings International, Green the Church and California Interfaith Power & Light on EV Charger Installation.
