Join the Central Florida Sounds of Freedom Band & Guard as they celebrate their 15th anniversary with RESILIENCE, the culminating performance of their 2025–2026 concert series, Still We Rise.
This milestone program completes a season-long journey through themes of hope, struggle and ultimately resilience—highlighting the strength, unity and perseverance of the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies.
The program features Stonewall by Randall Standridge, with guest performer Ashley Thunder, honoring the courage and legacy of a movement that continues to inspire. Viet Cuong’s John and Jim offers a poignant and deeply human reflection on love, identity and connection.
The concert also includes Well with My Soul by Benjamin Mairs, a work commissioned specifically for CFSOF, capturing the spirit of healing, reflection and renewal that defines both this performance and our organization’s 15-year journey.
RESILIENCE stands as a celebration of community, a tribute to perseverance and a powerful conclusion to a season dedicated to rising together.
