Participants will learn about herbs to strengthen the body, support well-being, and cultivate inner steadiness. We’ll explore adaptogens, tonics, and calming herbs, alongside simple practices that build a sense of groundedness and vitality over time. For lunch, the class will share a farm-to-table meal that incorporates certified organic produce from WEI’s Amador Hill Farm and other local growers committed to producing nourishing, nutrient-dense foods using sustainable and environmentally regenerative farming practices.
Through experiential learning, reflective practices, nature immersion, and a hands-on herb handcrafting project, you’ll gain tools you can use immediately to restore inner and outer balance, fostering resilience in your daily life. You’ll also be creating a personal “Resilience and Nourishment Plan” for times of stress.
This workshop welcomes all, whether you are navigating personal transition, feeling the weight of collective stress, caregiving, or simply seeking a more rooted and nourished way of living.
All are welcome – WEI classes are open to everyone.
