About this Event
Think you want to be a Commercial REALTORS? This course provides REALTORS with a comprehensive introduction to commercial real estate transactions. Topics include property types, financial analysis, valuation, deal structure, due diligence, and closing strategies. CCIM methodologies are emphasized throughout this class.
Learning Objectives:
1. Identify different commercial property types and their drivers.
2. Analyze basic financial metrics used in commercial deals.
3. Navigate the commercial transaction process from prospecting to closing.
4. Communicate effectively with commercial clients and investors.
5. Understand common pitfalls and risk mitigation strategies.
