The Residential Bootcamp is coming next month. Lunch will be provided.

-on a thorough review including example situations and the implications on real estate transactions.

July 18 - A Deed is a Deed, Right? (1hr CE Class)

-details the legal significance of various deeds.

August 15 - Closing Short Sales (1hr CE Class)

-explains what short sales entail and outlines the procedures on how to correctly set up and close these transactions.

September 19 - Winning the Expired Listing (1hr CE Class)

-why listings expired; niche marketing; seller emotions; meeting the sellers; winning the listing

October 17 - Property Condition and Casualty Loss (1hr CE Class)

-provides a detailed discussion concerning property conditions and the course of action to take if there is damage to the property under contract.

November 21 - Oops, I Missed it Again! (1hr CE Class)

-discuss items the agents need to watch out for when filling in the contracts with the buyer.

December 19 - Three Key Elements To Sucess (1hr CE Class)

-Mindset (Clarity of Purpose, Growth Mindset, Courage) and Action (Business Plan, Marketing Plan, Time Management)
