What is Vinyasa Yoga?

Vinyasa yoga is just moving to the rhythm of your breath, it's a dynamic flow-style of yoga. This session will be focused around heart opening to induce feelings of gratitude, along with full-body mobility. Modifications will be made to suit levels & injuries - all bodies are welcome!

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) involves deep connected breathing which can allow you to enter altered states of consciousness. Breathing this way quietens your ego, giving space to your subconscious and shadow self. You can go on euphoric journeys, release emotions you’ve been holding on to or not felt safe to confront, or simply come out of the session feeling an overwhelming sense of bliss. It’s an amazing practice with profound mental and physical benefits, including mental clarity, reduced stress, better emotional regulation and enhanced respiratory function. *

Gem is an experienced Yoga, Breathwork, Mobility and Meditation instruction from Manchester, UK. Specialising in Vinyasa-style yoga, with creative flows tailored to students’ needs. She is trained in trauma-informed practice and breathwork, focusing on nervous system regulation and reducing stress levels.
