Be rejuvenated at Wing Haven with a morning of mindfulness led by two experienced yoga instructors. The Reset Retreat will include yoga inside the Elizabeth ”Pepper” Dowd Education Building, a walking meditation in the garden, deep stretch and breath work. This will be a great time to reset your intentions during the fall season.
