RESET: Mental Health Retreat for Leaders

Welcome to the Mental Health Retreat for Leaders

The Mental Health for Leaders retreat was created as a stop-gap for San Antonio leaders to pause, realign with their core values, and develop realistic and healthy habits that can be sustained with their busy schedules.

Our first retreat welcomed 19 people including non-profit and higher education professionals, business leaders, and entrepreneurs!

Our curriculum will cover:

• Identifying & Strengthening Leadership Values
• Tackling Burnout & Compassion Fatigue
• Breathwork & Regulating Emotions
• Navigating Impostor Syndrome & Self-Limiting Beliefs
• Building Resilience During Uncertain Times
• Setting a Clear Leadership Vision for 2026

As a result of attending, participants will be able to:

• Set clear boundaries
• Develop a sustainable system of healthy habits
• State their unshakable leadership values
• Share their leadership vision for their workplace and career
• Build a network of accountability with other professionals
• Practice mindfulness activities and identify resources
