Welcome to Your Reset
Info: A heartfelt welcome from EAS Foundation’s founders, setting the tone for the afternoon ahead. They’ll share why this workshop matters, what it means to be an anchor for one another, and invite teens to open up, feel safe, and know they’re supported every step of the way.
Journaling Micro Session
Info: A guided writing session where teens will explore their thoughts and emotions through reflective prompts. No writing experience needed; just a pen, paper, and an open mind to process what’s on their heart.

Info: A calming session combining simple breathing techniques with gentle movement to help release tension and reset the nervous system. Teens will learn practical tools they can use anytime they feel overwhelmed.

Info: A creative, judgment-free space where teens express emotions by painting a rock with acrylic markers — no artistic skill required. Sometimes what’s hard to say out loud is easier to put on a canvas of stone.

Info: Join Dr. Osuni Roque for an informal dialogue on mental health, stress, and anxiety. Dr. Roque will share personal perspectives on the intersection of faith and mental wellness, along with general, practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. This event is designed to provide information and foster a sense of community, helping attendees understand they are not alone in their experiences.
