Event Overview:

Start your Sunday with a mindful reset designed to help you reconnect with your body, nourish your mind, and set meaningful intentions for the month ahead. This guided wellness experience blends intentional wellness practices with restorative rituals—including movement, hydration, nutrition, and reflection—to leave you feeling energized, grounded, and refreshed.

Together, we'll explore how small daily practices—from proper hydration and prioritizing protein to gentle movement, morning sunlight, and intentional reflection—can support long-term health and overall well-being.

Meet Your Instructor: Boston-based fitness, wellness, and lifestyle advocate has spent over 10 years helping others build healthier lifestyles. As a Strength Coach at Lifted Boston for the past five years, she created this experience to simplify wellness by focusing on foundational practices that have the greatest impact. Kayla is passionate about making longevity and low-tox living approachable through fitness, nutrition, recovery, and intentional everyday wellness practices.


9:00 AM | Welcome & Grounding
Event will begin with introductions followed by a short guided breathwork session to calm the nervous system, create presence, and set the tone for the morning.

9:10 AM | Guided Lymphatic Activation
Experience a guided lymphatic stimulation routine designed to support circulation, encourage the body's natural detoxification process, and promote overall wellness.

9:20 AM | Nourish Your Body

Enjoy fresh green juices and yogurt cups while learning how prioritizing protein and hydration in the morning can support sustained energy, recovery, and balanced blood sugar. As a special takeaway,each participant will receive a wellness gift bag featuring some of Kayla's favorite wellness essentials, including protein, collagen peptides, and Beekeeper's Naturals Immune Support Spray.



9:25 AM | Mindful Morning Walk
Head outside for a gentle walk focused on morning sunlight, mindful movement, and grounding. Guests are encouraged to walk phone-free and, if comfortable, without sunglasses to help support healthy circadian rhythms. We'll also discuss how a short walk after meals can help support healthy blood sugar levels.

In the event of inclement weather, the outdoor walk will be replaced with a guided indoor mobility session.

9:45 AM | Journaling & New Moon Reflection
Close the guided experience with quiet reflection through free writing or personal journaling inspired by the upcoming New Moon.

10:00 AM | Refreshments & Shopping
Enjoy light refreshments, connect with fellow attendees, and browse a curated selection of wellness products while continuing the conversation in a relaxed setting.
