An afternoon of wellness, healing, and connection with like-minded mamas, designed to help you reset and nourish your mind, body, and soulAbout this Event
Join us for a kid-free afternoon of pouring into yourself, nurturing your health and wellbeing, and building out your village with other amazing moms from our community.
There'll be a guided group experience such as reiki and sound healing for everyone, along with several other health and wellbeing offerings on a first come first serve basis, like massage, acupuncture, B12 shots, and tarot card readings.
Healthy and delicious snacks & drinks, raffle items moms will love, and plenty of time to relax, mingle, and recharge to your best self.
Please bring a yoga mat (and blanket if you wish) for the guided group experience which we'll do laying down. Exercise attire is not necessary. But wear whatever you feel like!
