Through powerful NLP coaching, goal setting, guided meditation, soul soothing breathwork and a luxurious TEMPLESPA facial and relaxation session you will gently let go of what's holding you back and begin to shape a more intentional future.
Join us from 9.15 for a 9.30 start; a light lunch is included and we'll wrap up by 2.30pm leaving you refreshed, inspired and ready to move forward with purpose.
