Celebrate Repeal Day with Us as we lauch our Makers Mark Private Select Barrel, and the end of Prohibition!Every year Reserve 101 celebrates Repeal Day, the end of Prohibition as our biggest holiday. This year is even bigger as we release our Makers Private Select Barrel pick, with Reserve being the first in Texas to introduce the new Mediant Stave selection!
Reserve 101 will toast Repeal Day 2021 with back-to-back parties in the bar’s historic Downtown building on Sunday, December 5. From 6 to 8 p.m ., a VIP ticketed event will celebrate the Reserve 101 Maker’s Mark Private Select Barrel Launch
VIP Barrel Launch Guests will receive :
-Curated Maker’s Mark flight featuring the new barrel.
-Custom Food Pairings.
-Gifts to take home, including an exclusive slate flight board and other memorabilia.

The Reserve 101 Prohibition Repeal Party immediately follows the VIP reception. Set for 8 to 10 p.m. , the Reserve 101 Prohibition Repeal Party is free and open to the public, and will include:
-Complimentary signature Reserve 101 welcome drink
-Specialty Prohibition style cocktails.
-Hand Curated flights featuring Old Forester and Jim Beam; and more surprises.
-DJ will spin while a raffle will give away door prizes every half hour until 10 p.m.
-including certificates for allocated bottles.
The Reserve 101 Makers Mark Private Select Barrel
Reserve 101 was chosen to be the 1st in Texas to introduce the new Mendiant Stave Program!
Our barrel named " 1 Small Step Down the Rabbit Hole, 1 Giant Leap for Reserve 101" , the bourbon is one of a kind. After selecting a single barrel of Maker’s Mark bourbon that had reached fully matured cask strength, Reserve 101 chose a unique combination of 10 custom wooden staves to create a finishing flavor exclusively for our barrel. The bourbon was then aged an additional 90 days using the staves, including the 1st ever Mendiant Stave.
The following Monday at Tony Ks, we will have a very limited retail release to the public of our Makers Private Select bottle , with both owners in house to meet & greet!
