Join us for an introductory workshop discussing milkweed and learn how to be a monarch steward in your own back yard!About this Event
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a giveaway but a educational event intended to introduce folks to native milkweed.
Santa Monica Mountains Fund, the official partner nonprofit at the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, is hosting a free narrowleaf MILKWEED WORKSHOP!
Join us at the SOW Collective Backyard Farm in Reseda for a workshop discussing why native milkweed is important, our project, plant care and tips, how to move up milkweed, and end with a demonstration showing how to transplant milweed!
Participants will also be able to take a four or six pack of milkweed home to grow!
