Are you an researcher? Do you have experience conducting research or want to learn more? Do you want to network with researchers in other Fraser Health departments, patient partners, and affiliate members? Do you enjoy coffee, tea and snacks?

If you answered yes to any of the previous questions, June 25, 2024 from 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., presented by the Department of Evaluation and Research Services (DERS).
We are celebrating some of our amazing Fraser Health researchers, patient partners, and affiliates about the innovative research that has been developed for our topic this year on partnership in research. In this half-day in-person event we will feature some exemplary research projects in the form of short presentations and a 'speed-dating' question period followed by an optional networking session.

Light refreshments will be provided.

This year will feature five presentations:

• Engaging care receivers for early detection and management of frailty in older adults – Presented by: Xiaowei Song, Department of Evaluation and Research Services
• Rahi: Lessons from Panjabi Centered Design of a Culturally Resonant Intervention to Support South Asian Men who use Substances - Presented by: Nitasha Puri, Department of Addiction Medicine and Substance Use Services
• Janice Sorensen, Long-term Care and Assisted Living
• Steve Reynolds, Intensive Care Unit and Simon Fraser University
• Valorie Crooks, Simon Fraser University
