Fuad Norte is a PhD researcher at Liverpool John Moores University's Research Institute for Sport and Exercise Sciences.

His research explores how nutrition can help endurance athletes maintain performance during prolonged exercise. In this talk, Fuad will discuss how strategies such as carbohydrate feeding and sodium bicarbonate supplementation may help reduce fatigue and improve endurance performance.
