About this Event
ITMAT Education, Biomedical Graduate Studies (BGS), Biomedical Postdoctoral Programs (BPP), and the Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP) have partnered to offer mentor training opportunities.
These highly interactive trainings are based upon a proven-effective curricula, designed to raise awareness and provide strategies for effective mentoring relationships, and meets PSOM, BGS, MSTP and NIH T32 requirements for mentorship training.
Eligible Participants
• PSOM and/or BGS Faculty at the Assistant Professor or higher appointment
• Actively mentoring research trainees (postdocs, graduate students) or planning to mentor
This training focuses on tools and strategies for Fostering Independence in mentees.
