Living Mirror Playback Theater (LMPT) returns to the WMNF Live Music Studio with a powerful performance inspired by this month’s Mission Calendar theme: “Rescuing History: Stories of Black Heritage.”
Playback Theater is a unique, community-based form of improvisational theater where audience members share real-life stories, and actors bring them to life on the spot. This special show centers on stories that honor, preserve, and uplift Black history, culture, and lived experiences.
The event will feature Patró Mabili from Community Speaks and DJ Spaceship from the Friday Morning Show.
Come ready to listen, to share, and to witness stories that deserve to be remembered. This is more than a show, it’s a living archive created by the community, for the community.
