Looking to adopt a cat? The City of London is hosting Rescue Rendezvous on Saturday, September 20, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Catty Shack, located at 756 Windermere Road.
This fun, family-friendly event is a great opportunity to meet cats in need of loving homes, enjoy adoption discounts, connect with local rescues, and participate in activities suitable for all ages.
The Catty Shack is at the northwest corner of Adelaide Street North and Windermere Road. It will be open during the event.
If you can’t attend on September 20, regular hours at The Catty Shack are:
Wednesday to Friday: 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
About The Catty Shack
The Catty Shack is the City of London’s cat adoption centre. It provides a temporary home for healthy, friendly, and vaccinated cats until they are adopted. Located in a cozy, storefront-style house, The Catty Shack offers Londoners a welcoming and easy place to meet and adopt cats.
Please note: The Catty Shack does not take in animals. Pet intakes for the City of London are managed by London Animal Care Centre, located at 121 Pine Valley Boulevard.
