RESCHEDULE Learn to Play Chinese (Hong Kong) Mahjong
Curious what mahjong is like without a card, Charleston, or jokers? This beginner-friendly teaching table introduces the basics of Hong Kong Old Style Mahjong, including tile groups, wall setup, flowers, replacement tiles, gameplay flow, calls, and exposures.
The focus is on learning how the game works and building a complete hand through guided play. Fan scoring and special hands are lightly covered in class. No previous Chinese mahjong experience is required. American mahjong players and complete beginners are welcome. All supplies are provided.

This is a non-gambling event. Betting, wagering, cash games, and gambling of any kind are not permitted. Individual registrations may be combined at shared tables. Kitsap Mahjong will make every effort to accommodate seating requests, teaching needs, and player experience levels, but specific table assignments cannot be guaranteed.
Registration Policy
Registrations are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another player or moved to another available class with at least 72 hours' notice.
Requests made less than 72 hours before class are not eligible for transfer, class credit, or rescheduling.
No-shows forfeit their registration.
