Whether you’re looking to unlock creativity, heal old wounds, or simply explore the stories that shaped you, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space to do so.

This meditative creative writing workshop will focus on a prompt that will encourage us to honor our ancestors and reimagine our roots.

The session includes:
✨ A calming opening and closing meditation to center your thoughts and ground your experience.
✨ Guided writing tips to help your story flow.
✨ Time to write and reflect on a unique family narrative.
✨ An optional sharing circle to connect and inspire one another.
✨ Option to have work presented in a zine.
