About this Event
Mission:
The growing demand for fast fashion has led to a crisis of labor exploitation in the fashion industry. Today, the production of clothing is the second most likely product to have been made in forced labor.
We regularly offer a limited selection of high-quality, gently used womens clothing in store - This helps take away demand from fast fashion retailers profiting off of labor trafficking.
➡️ THIS event will feature even more items we typically don't carry in store. Tons of brand name jeans, shoes, and casual wear. etc.
Jeans from $8 to $12
Off season womens clothing up to 60% off - sorted by color and size.
✨️Proceeds:
All proceeds go to empowering survivors through safe, dignified employment and direct job skill training at Tirza.
- Foster youth summer employment.
- Any items we do not use, we personally take to our local non-profit partners, giving to those in need in the inner city. In addition, it stays out of the landfill, unlike the 10% of what is sent to large clothing donation centers.
?If you'd like to donate clothing: Feel free to drop off at our store anytime during business hours and you will get an additional 10% off for the event.
Nationwide friends: Request a free Empower Bag online!
