Join Land Trust of North Alabama and Herpetologist Jimmy Stiles for a program about Alabama’s amazing reptile and amphibian species. This program will feature many live animal ambassadors that highlight these diverse groups of animals. We explore how our state’s many varied habitats are intertwined with this incredible diversity. Children are welcome to join us to see the amazing animals they can find right here in their state!About the Presenter: Naturalist, field biologist, and outdoorsman, currently working on Alabama's herpetofauna diversity with the Alabama Natural Heritage Program and also in the Conecuh National Forest leading efforts to recover the endangered indigo snake (North America’s largest and arguably most impressive snake species) and restore the longleaf forests.
