Are you in love with lizards? Silly for snakes? Head-over-heels for herpetofauna? Or maybe you just think they're neat. Meet several live reptiles and learn about fascinating species from our own backyards and around the world.Reptile Day will be held indoors at the Nature Center/Park Office and is free of charge. Exhibitors include the the Georgia Reptile Society, the UGA 4H center, Charlie Elliot Wildlife Center, and more will have 30+ live animals on display which guests will be able to view up-close, and might even get the chance to touch (two fingers only!).
All vehicles in a GA State Park must purchase and/or display a valid parking pass. Standard price for a park pass is $5 or $3.75 for Active Duty/Retired Military (valid ID or proof of status required).
