About this Event
In collaboration with Tamika Jones, Doula, CBE, CPST of Timeless Love Journey Doula, Jamilla Webb, BSN, RN, CBS of HER Health Nurse will lead the session. We will discuss self advocacy in healthcare settings, how abstinence, holistic family planning, and contraception can all be used as tools to support your personal goals, healthy relationships and more.
Every participant will receive a Reproductive Life Planning (RLP) workbook and a mini hygiene kit with menstrual supplies. Refreshments will also be provided.
