Our Polish kitchens contain and use natural ingredients that are uncommon or unknown to Americans. They are used these ingredients. What are they you ask? Come out to the World of Plants Exhibit at the Botanic Gardens on May 4th to find out! Our PAS members will be sharing their knowledge on how various fungi, seeds, fruits and vegetables are used to make some of the most delicious Polish dishes. You will then be able to choose a recipe to take home that includes one of the ingredients for you to try out yourself! Not into learning about natural ingredients? No problem we will have Polish candy available for purchase. Please come and say hello and support your Polish heritage.
