This is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of just a few restful poses. These poses require little or no muscular exertion. Without the distraction of constant movement and muscle engagement, you’ll have the opportunity to fully stretch and release tension in the body. Practitioners are often supported with props (bolsters, blankets, straps) to deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation. Leave feeling grounded, well rested, and nourished; with a new cultivated awareness.

What is Repped?
It is our sacred duty to make yoga accessible and welcoming for all. As part of our continuing efforts, we offer programs celebrating underrepresented communities: Repped.
Repped classes and programs are led by and will center members of these communities. It will be a time for people to celebrate and recharge in a space dedicated to themselves. Allies are welcome to join in practice, joy, and unity.
