In a bleak and desolate biopunk future, biotech company GeneCo and its founder Rotti Largo profit from organ payment plans and fashionable elective surgeries. Anyone who falls behind on their organ payments, however, is subject to having them repossessed by the Repo Man, GeneCo's for-hire assassin.
