About this Event
Stop repeating old relationship patterns and experience the love you deserve!
Our attachment styles shape how we approach love and intimacy. They are rooted in early life experiences and play a significant role in our adult relationships. If you've struggled with anxious, avoidant, or mixed attachment patterns, it can feel like you're constantly on high alert, either waiting for the other shoe to drop or putting up walls to protect yourself.
But this doesn’t have to be your story forever.
In this 5-week small group journey, we’ll dive deep into healing attachment wounds—those deep-seated patterns that keep you stuck in anxious, avoidant, or fearful behaviors in relationships. You’ll learn practical tools to manage triggers, recognize old patterns when they arise, and rewire your nervous system to feel secure in love again.
Whether you’re currently dating, in a relationship, or preparing for one, this course will give you the clarity and confidence to navigate love from a place of emotional security and self-trust.
What You’ll Learn Over 5 Weeks:
Healing Your Attachment Style: Through somatic experiencing, you’ll release past wounds and repattern your attachment style to approach love from a secure, grounded place.
Managing Triggers in Real-Time: Learn to recognize and manage triggers as they happen—whether you’re on a first date or in an established relationship. You’ll leave with the tools to respond calmly and confidently instead of reacting from a place of fear.
Rewiring Old Patterns: Use inner child work, and nervous system regulation to rewire old patterns that sabotage relationships. Say goodbye to people-pleasing, self-sabotage, and pushing others away.
Building Healthy, Secure Relationships: Develop the confidence to communicate your needs and set healthy boundaries. Learn how to deepen intimacy with yourself and others to attract and maintain secure, loving relationships.
Cultivating Self-Love and Trust: By the end, you'll have built self-love, trust, and inner confidence that empower you in all areas of life. You’ll feel at peace with who you are and ready to welcome love without fear or doubt.
What You’ll Experience Over 5 Weeks:
This course offers a safe, nurturing environment where you can explore your emotional needs, heal from past relationship wounds, and gain clarity on how to build healthier connections with others. Here’s what you’ll explore each week:
- Guided Somatic Practices to release attachment wounds and rewire your emotional responses.
- Breathwork and Grounding Techniques to regulate your nervous system when triggers arise.
- Group Discussions where you’ll connect with others on this healing journey and receive support.
- Inner Child and Shadow Work to heal deep-rooted fears of rejection and abandonment.
- Practical Tools for managing triggers, effectively communicating your needs and boundaries, and creating healthy relationship patterns.
What Makes This Class Different?
Unlike traditional relationship advice that focuses only on communication and surface-level changes, Repatterned for Love works at a much deeper level. We’ll use somatic experiencing and attachment healing to transform the root cause of your patterns—your nervous system and emotional body.
This trauma-informed approach means we go beyond talk therapy and offer you tangible practices that rewire your body’s response to stress, fear, and intimacy. By working directly with the nervous system, you’ll be able to manage emotional triggers in real time, allowing you to show up fully and authentically in your relationships.

About your Hosts:
Danielle
I have over a decade of experience in the mental health field, and hold licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. I obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees from The Ohio State University and a second master's degree from Capital University.
Through my work with individuals and couples, I have gained deep insights into what makes relationships successful. As a couples therapist, I have observed that many people fail to explore compatibility beyond superficial factors like appearance and shared hobbies. This oversight often leads to unhappy relationships. Love alone is not always enough to sustain a long-term relationship. True compatibility ensures that partners can support and love each other even during their worst times. Having spent years helping couples stay together, I realized I wanted to help people form compatible relationships from the start, thereby avoiding many common issues seen in therapy.

I’m a trauma-informed, somatic embodiment coach specializing in guiding women and vulva owners, particularly those with CPTSD and ADHD, toward a more fulfilled and authentic life. I’m certified in Somatic Trauma Therapy, Intergenerational Trauma Resolution, Sex, Love, and Relationship coaching. My approach combines somatic experiencing with a holistic approach to address ancestral and childhood trauma, and patriarchal conditioning related to witch, mother, and sisterhood wounds. I’ve seen incredible shifts happen by getting in touch with our bodies, and emotions, and embracing our inner child and intuition.
For 20 years, I've guided over 20,000 women/vulva owners to embody radical self-love and their authentic selves and witnessed them drastically transform their lives and self-image.
