A nourishing evening of insight, heart shares, delicious snacks and warm drinks, music, candlelight and more.

Through embodiment practices we'll soothe the nervous system and bring a sense of calm, safety and ease to the mind and body.

Through specific NLP questions we'll explore some key needs and how they can be fullfilled now as an adult, helping you to reparent the younger you within.

Through gentle NLP and hypnosis we'll work with the unconscious mind to rewrite the story on unhelpful beliefs, empowering you into greater self-tenderness and love.

There's something incredibly powerful and healing when women gather in circle and share from the heart… not just at an individual level for emotional wellbeing, though also at a group and collective level for a profound impact on the world too.

Ancestral Lineage Insights: Honouring your ancestors and what gifts they have offered you.

How it works…

We sit in circle and after the welcome and topic introduction, each woman takes it in turns to share from the heart (however little or as much that feels good for her) in the safe space created without judgement.

There will be a guided visualisation using NLP and Hypnosis to work with the unconscious mind and create change at a deep level, simple and effective embodiment practices to soothe the nervous system, and specific questions for further insight and integration.

Come away feeling supported, uplifted and connected with yourself and others.

SPACES ARE LIMITED and priority will be given to those who pay and book in advance first.

TIME: 18.30H-20.30H (please arrive on time so we can start as a group)

PRICE PER SESSION: €18 when reserved in advance or €15 when you book more than one session or bring a friend.

CANCELATION POLICY: If for any reason you need to cancel and provide at least 24hrs notice you are entitled to a refund. Any cancelation with less than 24hrs notice cannot be refunded.
