Repair is Gold | Embroidery & Mending Workshop with Tina Zickler

Do you enjoy embroidery, or would you simply like to give it a try? Tina Zickler, director of the re:pair Festival Vienna, developed this workshop to stitch away stains and mend holes! You’ll learn three different stitches and put them into practice right away.

Come by and we’ll show you how to magically make stains disappear from beloved garments using the daisy stitch or blanket stitch! Does your favorite piece have a proper hole in it? Then we’ll teach you how to repair it with Irish darning embroidery.

And: we’re bringing beautiful gold and silver thread! Because: Repair is Gold.

Tina Zickler, Leiterin des re:pair Festival Vienna hat diesen Workshop entwickelt, um stickend Flecken zu bannen und Löcher zu stopfen. Du kannst drei verschiedene Stiche lernen und gleich anwenden.
