Rental Property Ownership as an Investment

T his is an advanced class on strategies and techniques regarding one of the alternative investment options. Attendees should already know the difference between Saving and Investing, and the basics of Stock, Bond and Mutual Fund investing.

DATE/TIME: Friday, 19 September from 1130-1300 PST

LOCATION: Either virtual (your personal computer, laptop or cellphone) or in person at MCRD San Diego, Bldg 14 classroom.
