Dear Homeowners,
This memo serves as the second request for owners to review the attached letters explaining the proposed Rental Amendment that the Board is asking the membership to consider and approve. The Board would like to sincerely thank all owners who have already submitted their vote; there is no need to vote a second time if you have already done so.
The proposed amendment is intended to address rental-related matters within the community, and it is important that owners fully understand both the purpose and the potential impact before voting.
If you would like additional clarification or have questions regarding the proposed Rental Amendment, you are encouraged to attend the next Board Meeting:

Board Meeting Start Time: 5:00 PM
Rental Amendment Discussion Begins: 6:00 PM
The Board will be available at that time to explain the amendment in more detail and respond to questions from the membership.
