As the season shifts and the earth begins to bloom again, you’re invited to rest, breath and realign.

Renewal is a sacred, small-gathering experience designed to help you gently release the heaviness of winter and step into spring feeling clear, grounded, and open to what’s next. This is not a crowded event. This is intentional space , we've curated it to be soft, personal, and deeply nourishing.

Together, we will move through a fully immersive sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, reset the mind, and attune the body to the frequency of renewal. Vibrations from crystal singing bowls, the Chau gong and more grounding instruments, and intuitive sounds will guide you into deep rest and inner listening. This is not your average soundbath.

You will also be served a ceremonial Gong Fu tea experience first : a slow, mindful practice of presence that allows each sip to anchor you into the moment and invite coherence into your day.

Dedicated journaling time will follow, offering space to reflect, release, and consciously call in the energy you wish to cultivate this season.

This gathering is held inside a private home so we can preserve warmth, connection, and the kind of stillness that’s hard to find in larger spaces.

Info: As guest arrive they will receive a tuning fork smudge before entering the space. This is an non invasive way to clear a persons biofield with just sound before entering the home where we will be gathering.

Info: Diamond will serve a traditional Chinese tea to set the mode for the 1 hour soundscape. Allowing each sip to pull each participant into a deeper, more grounded version of themselves so they can fully receive the uploads and effortlessly relax and release during the 1 hour full immersive sound bath.

Info: 1 hour full immersive sound bath experience including solfeggio frequency pure tone bowls, alchemy bowls, Chau gong, Native flute, indigenous instruments like shamans drum, rainstick and waterfall drum, and vocal toning and more.

Info: To help integrate what was received and what was released we will journal for about 15 mins to instrumental tracks, before we close out.
