This gathering is an offering to honor what we hope to create as we consciously step into the fertile energy of spring.Opening with an intention setting ritual to plant seeds for the new season, we will move into breathwork to clear stagnant winter energy, before transitioning into a steady yoga practice focused on creating equilibrium in the body and inviting new life to move through us.
We move towards rest with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing vibration and resonance to renew the nervous system and integrate intention, before concluding with a guided ceremony honoring new beginnings and the great potential unfolding within us.
Through intention-setting and symbolic acts of release and planting, you will be invited to name what you are ready to nurture in the coming season.
