We’ll begin with an uplifting yoga flow lead by Sarah Wallace set to contemporary Christian worship music. Moving in rhythm with faith-filled intention.
Enjoy a guided meditation lead by Shalisha Loyd on release and renewal. Blending breathwork, prayerful reflection, and imagery that helps you release fear, worry, and heaviness to God, while receiving fresh peace through the presence of the Holy Spirit.
Alongside movement and meditation, you’ll enjoy a healthy, delicious lunch and refreshments to nourish your body and fuel your spirit.
