Leah Varner of will begin the journey with breathwork to prime the body to receive reiki and relax deeply into the sound bath. Shaleesa of will gently sooth you into a blissful sound immersion as Delilah of offers Reiki during the sound bath.

Experience the powerful combination of breathwork, Reiki, and sound baths to reset your mind, body, and spirit. Sound baths are a sonic trip to the theta brainwave state- our brain’s location for rest, relaxation, meditation, and deep healing. We journey through untouched places within the Earth and the Cosmos with Quartz Crystal sound bowls, powerful Solar Flare Gong frequencies, sacred Native American Flute melodies, ethereal chimes, and more!

A sound bath offers an array of physical and spiritual healing responses:

• Deep levels of relaxation

We’ll be lying on the floor for most of the session. Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows are provided.

Please hydrate before and after the sound bath for maximum benefit.

Numbness, tingling, lightheadedness, itching, slight nausea, and changes in mood or emotional state are all common symptoms after a sound bath. Please consult your physician if these feelings don’t subside. Appropriate for ages 13+.
