Renew to Release: A Moment to Connect

Begin with a gentle breathwork practice to quiet your mind and turn inward. We'll then transition into a creative, hands-on experience where you will decorate your own journal. Following the decoration, you'll be guided through a moment of journaling to anchor your intentions and then craft your own personal affirmation card set. We will end the session with a powerful burn & release practice to let go and prepare for the next step of your journey.
