Renew & Restore: Mother's Day Wellness Event

Join The Sill, Yogamaya, and Angelic Vibrationz for a Renew & Restore: Mother’s Day Wellness event on on Saturday, May 11th starting at 12:30pm ET. Celebrate Mother's Day and treat yourself or the special mother in your life to a day of relaxation and rejuvenation!

The wellness event will take place at Yogamaya studio and will begin with a restorative yoga session in the Moon Room designed to release tension and promote deep relaxation in long holds of supported restorative postures. This class is designed for all levels and guided by a Yogamaya senior teacher.

Afterward, experience the healing powers of sound bath therapy with Angelic Vibrationz as soothing sounds and vibrations help balance your energy and calm your mind. You'll also be guided into meditation to center and reconnect with your inner self to cultivate a sense of mindfulness.

Once you've been restored, we'll move into the Sun Room for a Plant Care Self Care workshop with The Sill where we'll discuss plant care basics and the benefits of plants for mental and emotional wellness.
