Join us for a deeply restorative evening to clear, align, and awaken your energy.
This sacred circle is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your inner light as we transition into the heart of the season. Through the powerful combination of Reiki energy healing and Ayurvedic marma point therapy, you’ll be supported in gently releasing stored tension, emotional residue, and energetic stagnation—making space for clarity, vitality, and flow.
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and reflective journaling, tuning into what you’re ready to release and what you wish to cultivate this summer. From there, you’ll settle into a restorative sound bath while receiving hands-on or energetic Reiki + marma chakra point activation, guiding your body, mind, and spirit into deep rest and realignment.
We’ll close our ceremony with a burning bowl ritual to honor release and call in your summer intentions.
